We train and develop skills for Mechanical Engineering graduates and diploma holder. We study the job description required by the recruiters and train you in the required profile

Our main focus is Conventional Machine shops, Shop floors, CNC Machining, Quality Assurance, Production, Sales and Applications and Cutting tool manufacturing skills. We make employable by imparting the practical skills required by industries into manufacturing and production.

For Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE)

MSMEs are playing a crucial role in the GDP of the country. Post covid, many are growing and have good order position, however, to utilise their Production capacities one of the main concerns of an MSME is availability of skilled manpower. We study your requirement of skills and train them to be match them. The advantage for you is “ready to work Employable engineers” who can deliver results faster than a fresh engineer.

We are associated with many engineering colleges.We have a pool of mechanical engineering (both graduates and diploma).

Recent Survey Conducted on “Freshers” Mechanical Engineers.

Following are the observations and interpretations from the survey:

1) 95% of students opted for Mechanical Engineering by Choice (and not due to some external pressure)

2) 81% of students want to make a career in Mechanical Engineering like Auto, Defence, Infra, Machining, Machine building, Aerospace etc and 29% still prefer going to IT and software.

3) 65% of students passed on in the last two years, balance passed out before Covid. Around 62% of engineers looking for jobs were either freshers or unemployed youth.

4) 43% of engineers want to make a career in Quality and 36% in Production, balance in Maintenance.

5) A major percentage of students want to make a career in the field of Design

6) A majority, 60% of students want to preference to companies where there are more learning opportunities, 21% want to master machining technologies, 12% to choose company culture, PPF, safety etc and 7% want to prefer a company which offers a good salary.
