Introducing Learn and Earn: Navigating 4 Semesters of Assured Growth

Embark on a transformative journey through the Learn and Earn program, where hands-on experience meets assured progression. Delve into multiple domains within core mechanical engineering, expanding your skill set and unlocking new career prospects with each phase.


Table of Phases: (each Phase for 6 months)

Phase – Learn Phase 1 (0-6 months): Production – Rs. 15000
Phase 2 (7 – 12 months): Specialized Skills – Rs. 18000
Production, Quality, Manufacturing: VMC or 5 Axis Cutting Tool
Assembly, testing, trouble shooting of all CNC machines
Phase - Earn Phase 3 (13-23 months): Service Industry - Rs. 21000
Phase 4 (24 months onwards): Field Exposure - Rs. 24000
Machine installation, periodic maintenance, application & training,
expertise in any other domain

The Selection criteria and parameters, Skill matrix – assessing transformation in the individual candidate, and the Exams & Tests will be conducted on regular basis.

Term of Employment:

Your Learn and Earn Journey shall commence once you sign this document and shall continue until terminated by ToolClinic.in in accordance with the terms herein.

1. Compensation:

You shall start the journey with a monthly salary of Rs. 15,000, subject to applicable deductions and taxes.

2. Working Hours and Shifts:

You agree to work in different timeframes as required by the company provided by ToolClinic.in to fulfill the duties of the position.

3. Professional Development Journey:

You will acknowledge and agree to participate in a professional development journey divided into four semesters. This journey includes: Production, Quality Assurance, Service & Field Exposure. Trouble shooting, machine assembly, etc.

4. Applying for and undertaking exams every six months to qualify for the next level of semester.


5. Developing and acquiring skills necessary to progress to the next level.


6. Accommodation:

The Employer may provide assistance in finding suitable accommodation for the Employee, subject to availability and terms to be agreed upon separately.

7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and trade secrets belonging to the Company, both during and after the term of employment.

8. Termination:

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 15 days days' written notice, or immediately for cause, as defined herein.

A. The Company may provide accommodation when you meet their expectations.

6. How will the company assess my suitability for advancement beyond technical abilities?
A. In addition to technical skills, the company prioritizes qualities such as attitude, reliability, discipline, attendance, and teamwork. These attributes are observed and rated alongside performance metrics to determine your eligibility for progression to the next level.
