Job Role & Responsibilities –
Visit customers for the following activities-
• Installation and commissioning of new machines,
• Train customers and internal staff on machine operation,
• Conduct Periodic maintenance of machines
• Attend & solve customer problems to provide onsite technical support to customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports, maintenance records, and customer interactions.

Qualification & Experience
Dip / BE Mechanical Engineer.
1-2 yrs experience in Machine tool Industry.
Skills required –
1. Strong command of English.
2. Proficient Computer Skills
3. Knowledge of internet settings.
4. Knowledge of VMC & HMC preferred.
Other requirement –
• Flexibility to travel frequently and work in different locations as per job requirements.
• Two Wheeler must with Valid driver’s license.
