Trainee Production Engineer (Pune)

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Engineers to join our Production team at our plant located in Chakan, Pune. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience in manufacturing processes. The Trainee Engineer will work closely with senior engineers and production supervisors to learn the workings of our production operations and contribute to the efficient execution of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
• Learn and adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Participate in production planning and scheduling activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Document and report on production activities, including productivity metrics, quality performance, and process improvements.
• Actively participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude towards learning and professional growth within the organization.

Qualification and Skills required - 

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of internet settings.
• Willing t work in Production dept. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.
