Learn and Earn_Trainee Engineer (Pune)

Term of Employment: Your will be working with multiple companies with specific time frame in the following dept.

Production, Quality, Manufacturing: VMC or 5 Axis Cutting Tool, Assembly, testing, trouble shooting of all CNC machines, Machine installation, periodic maintenance, application & training, expertise in any other domain

1. Compensation: You shall start the journey with a monthly salary of Rs. 15,000, subject to applicable deductions and taxes.
2. Working Hours and Shifts: You agree to work in different timeframes as required by the company provided by ToolClinic.in to fulfill the duties of the position.
3. Professional Development Journey: You will acknowledge and agree to participate in a professional development journey divided into four semesters. This journey includes: Production, Quality Assurance, Service & Field Exposure. Trouble shooting, machine assembly, etc.
4. Applying for and undertaking exams every six months to qualify for the next level of semester.
5. Developing and acquiring skills necessary to progress to the next level.
6. Accommodation: The Employer may provide assistance in finding suitable accommodation for the Employee, subject to availability and terms to be agreed upon separately.
