Job Role & Responsibilities –
Visit customers for the following activities-
• Installation and commissioning of new machines,
• Train customers and internal staff on machine operation,
• Conduct Periodic maintenance of machines
• Attend & solve customer problems to provide onsite technical support to customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports, maintenance records, and customer interactions.
