These terms govern your use of ToolClinic.in. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are

2. Who may use ToolClinic
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to bind that business to these terms.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Your account
Accounts are secured by a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure, and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or is used to post false or misleading information.
4. What ToolClinic does — and does not do
ToolClinic is a platform that connects people. We introduce engineers to employers, buyers to machines and tooling, and businesses to experts.
Please understand clearly:
- We are not an employer and we are not a recruitment agency acting for you. We do not guarantee that you will be hired, or that a role advertised will be filled.
- We are not a party to any contract, sale, hire or engagement you enter into with another user. Any agreement is between you and them.
- We do not warrant the accuracy of listings, profiles or specifications published by users. Satisfy yourself independently before you commit money or make a business decision.
- We do not inspect or certify machines listed by third parties unless we have expressly said in writing that we have.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post — your listings, photographs, resume and profile. By posting it, you give us permission to host and display it on the platform for the purpose you posted it for.
You must not post anything that:
- is false, misleading, or misrepresents a machine, product, job or your own experience;
- infringes someone else’s intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy;
- is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory;
- contains malware, or attempts to interfere with the operation of the site.
We may remove content that breaches these terms.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data from the platform.
- Do not use contact details obtained here to send unsolicited marketing.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data.
- Do not use the platform to conduct activity that is unlawful in India.
7. Our intellectual property
The ToolClinic name, logo, site design, text and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. This does not restrict your own content.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, or change or withdraw features.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of the platform, or from any dealing you enter into with another user. Our total liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to any amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Fees
Where a service carries a fee, we will tell you the amount and the terms before you commit to it. Unless stated otherwise, browsing the platform and creating an account is free.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you continue using the platform after a change, you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
